1.1. The use of personal data by Suseya OG (FN522971a,) based in Vienna and with its business address at Florianigasse 24/2, 1080 Vienna, is subject to the applicable legal provisions as well as the consent provided by the user for the use of their data.
1.2. Suseya OG operates in the field of human energetics, sports and nutrition. Various services in the fields of human energetics, fitness, and nutrition training can be booked, reserved, and purchased through Suseya OG. The services are provided directly by Suseya OG. The subject of the contract is the use of the services provided by Suseya (the “Service”). The services provided by Suseya are used by the user (the “User”).
1.3. Suseya OG strictly complies with the applicable Austrian laws regarding the use of this data (GDPR, DSG and Telecommunications Act TKG).
Suseya OG is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR.
2.1. Suseya collects and stores all information provided by the user when booking via the website (suseya.at) (via the booking tool “Practicehub”) and transmitted to Suseya in the course of an online booking, or that the user provides to Suseya in any other way, for example on-site, by email or telephone. Suseya uses the user’s personal data to the extent permitted by law and otherwise only with the user’s consent. If consent is given electronically as part of an online booking via the website, Suseya complies with the statutory information obligations and logs this consent using appropriate technical systems.
2.2. Suseya uses the following personal data of the user: name, email and phone number, and the booked service(s).
3.1. Suseya processes the data for the following purposes within the framework of contract fulfillment:

The web server automatically recognizes certain personal data, such as the IP address, date and time of access, and the browser’s user agent. Suseya stores this data for technical reasons as well as for statistical evaluation and analysis of the use of our website in order to optimize our online presence.
The log data is stored for a period of seven days and then deleted.
You may object to this data processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).
4.1. In addition to storing the data mentioned in point 3, the following data will also be stored by us in connection with the visit to our website for the purpose of contract processing in connection with our webshop: name, email, invoice number, product, date and time of purchase.
Data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the booking provider Practicehub commissioned by us, to the cashless payment system SumUp selected by us (for card payment on-site), and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If the purchase process is canceled, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored.
5.1. Personal data is stored in a closed system (Practicehub) for data security reasons and is protected with a password.
5.2. Practicehub is the booking system commissioned by Suseya and has taken appropriate measures to ensure data security.
5.3. If Suseya becomes aware that the user’s data has been systematically and seriously misused and that the user is at risk as a result, Suseya will inform the user immediately. The Suseya website contains links to other services or websites. Suseya is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of other websites. If the user follows the link to another website, the user is solely responsible for familiarizing themselves with the privacy policies of that other website. Suseya’s privacy policy applies only to information processed by Suseya.
5.4. In addition to Practicehub, Suseya uses other data processors for this data processing. We pass on your data to the following additional recipients or categories of recipients:
– Practicehub for handling bookings, managing appointments
– Ready2order for creating invoices (cash register)
Your data will be processed within the EU or the EEA (Practicehub). An adequate level of protection results from an adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.
